At FYNNIX, we're excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders, ensuring you receive your products with ease and convenience!

Order Processing Times:
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your destination. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The estimated delivery time of your package depends on the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. This will vary based on your location. Please see the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7-14 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 10-20 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during busy seasons, which could result in transit and tracking updates being delayed. International shipments may also encounter customs delays, which could extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details:


It's essential to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations. If our system flags any address issues, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days for confirmation. If we don’t hear from you within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping information, please email us at contactfynnix@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

Delayed Delivery:


At FYNNIX, we prioritize delivering your order as quickly as possible. However, some factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or transit disruptions, may affect delivery times. In such cases, we’ll work closely with the courier to expedite your package’s arrival.

We’ll notify you immediately if any internal issues (like stock availability or payment delays) affect the shipment of your order. Please note that FYNNIX cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors but will always keep you informed about your order’s status and assist where possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages:


Once your package is handed off to the courier, it is beyond our control. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contactfynnix@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We’ll also follow up on the claim on your behalf and provide updates where possible.

Please note, FYNNIX is not liable for lost or stolen packages, and these incidents fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. In some cases, the courier may be able to locate your package and deliver it. If not, we suggest filing a police report for additional support.
