If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may have entered the processing phase, and changes may no longer be possible. If your cancellation is processed within the 24-hour window, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Minor packaging issues, such as dented boxes, are not classified as damage if the product itself is unharmed.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. Send an email to contactfynnix@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we will assess if you are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items damaged through regular wear and tear, misuse, or normal usage.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as courier issues, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. FYNNIX is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
